It’s back, and better than ever!
Anamalai–“elephant hills”—is the name of both the farm and the major wildlife preserve near it. Owners Harish and Karthi practice sustainable and organic methods to diversify crops and keep the land healthy. They manage water use with drip irrigation and keep a small herd of cows for weeding and manure compost. The majority of cacao produced in India is grown for large chocolate manufacturers. Chocolibrium is happy to pay a premium to support the efforts of smaller farmers like Harish and Karthi, and we hope you’ll support them too!
The flavor profile of their beans is gorgeous and unusual, with flavors of ripe golden pineapple, mango and roasted nuts.
